  • When and how will I receive my followers' emails?
    We will send you an email every day with the email addresses (if any). It can be a bit slow if there are too many people using this service, thank you for your patience!
  • My Twitter account doesn't have an associated email address. How can I use this?
    You need to go to Twitter, update your email address, verify it, then come back here and try again.
  • I have a lot of followers/followings, does this work for my account?
    If you have less than 50,000 followers, you can use this for free. If you have more, it will still work but slow. For accounts with more than 1 million followers, please send us an email to keepintouch@blackmagic.so for a special paid plan.
  • How are you making money from this? Do you sell my email address to spammers?
    We don't sell your email to anyone. We make money from our main product at BlackMagic.so. By using this service, you partially helped raise awareness of our product to other Twitter users, that's our benefit and why we're doing this.
